Payment Terms

  • After placing an order for a virtual product on, you will receive an acknowledgment email that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been completed, your order will only be completed once agreements have been signed and Money Laundering checks have been finalised at a Basepoint Centre.
  • After the order has been placed you will receive a phone call from your chosen Basepoint Centre to arrange to meet you and take copies of your original personal identification (the ID), and for you to sign the agreement and direct debit form. The ID should be a passport or driving licence of the person who is authorised by the business to apply for the contract along with a utility bill (no more than 6 months old) showing the business' current address information. We must see the originals of both ID and copies are required for our records. If this is not possible notarised copies may be accepted.
  • Basepoint reserves the right to request additional information to ensure Money Laundering Checks are completed.
  • The purchasing of a virtual office product on entitles you to the one month virtual office services once agreements and proof of identification have been completed. The continuation of our flexible Month to Month term is via the completion of a direct debit form which is compulsory.
  • Fees paid through are non-refundable.
  • Basepoint Centres will not accept postage deliveries or calls until agreements have been signed.
