How it works


  • To purchase a Virtual Office on on a month-to-month plan, please select a package you are interested in from the links below and follow further instructions on the screen.
  • We accept major debit or credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
  • We offer a fully flexible month-to-month term.
  • Deposits for all products are reduced to £100 when purchased online.  For products purchased at a Centre deposits are charged as follows; Virtual Office Starter £150 and Virtual Office Plus and Pro £200.

  • If you are interested in a Virtual Office at either our Broxbourne, Northfleet, Newhaven, Chatham or Canterbury Centres, please, contact the Centre directly to proceed with your Virtual Office order.  Unfortunately, we are unable to complete online orders for these Centres at this time.



  • Once you have purchased a virtual product, you will receive an email confirmation confirming that your order has been received.
  • The licence agreement will only be confirmed once you signed a completed licence agreement and ID checks have been completed. ID checks must include two forms ID confirming your photo and proof of address. Acceptable forms of ID can be presented at your nearest Basepoint Centre.  If this is not possible, notarised copies may be accepted.
  • If you are purchasing a Virtual Office Plus, you will need to set up a telephone number at the Centre when you complete the registration.  If you have purchased a Virtual Office Pro package, then you will also be required to set up your call answering profile which will also be completed during your registration at the Centre.
  • Once your local DDI number as been set up any calls transferred to either a landline, mobile or call answering will incur call transfer charges.  These charges are based on Basepoint's standard call charge rates.  For details on call charge rates, please speak with the Centre Management Team at your preferred Centre.
